Market Rasen is a delightful market town, situated 16 miles north of Lincoln.
Course Characteristics:
Market Rasen is a right handed (clockwise), rectangular course, 1¼ miles round. It has some minor undulations but no great hills or slopes.
Some of the turns are quite tight which favours speedy types and the short run-in suites front runners.
Admission (2010 prices):
There are four enclosures Premier (£25 - £27), County (£18 - £20), Tattersalls (£13 - £15) and family (£8 - £9)
Annual membership: £195 single, £340 dual and £150 junior (16-26)
Location:
Located to the east of the town the course is on the A6531, which itself is off the A46 Lincoln to Grimsby road.
Ease of public transport access: Good (Market Rasen station is a 3/4 mile walk from the course)
