The site is still being created and more information will be added over the coming week or so. The Ascot News section does what it says on the box and brings the latest news in advance of the meeting. The First Timer Guide is designed to make life easier for those going to the Royal meeting for the first time. It also includes a link to our beginners guide to racing. The Schedule gives an at a glance list of all the races over the five days. The Entries section will list the runners entered in each of the races. Due to the vagaries of the racing calendar the entries appear at intervals in the weeks approaching the meeting. The Previews section will eventually include previews for all the races. The major ante-post races will be previewed a couple of weeks in advance of the meetings, with the handicaps being reviewed later. The Ascot Facts section contains trivia about Ascot and the Royal meeting. The Live Coverage section, is another that does what it says on the can and we will be providing live reports and updates from the course for all five days of the meeting. |
